Giving thanks is the antidote to frustration and disappointment. I know it’s generally the last thing one wants to do when they feel this way. Let’s be honest, too often the first thing we always seem to want to do instead is far from an antidote but rather a stimulant.
Yet, when we can do this, an invitation is given to a bright light of hope that will find its way through the darkness of one’s despair and take up residence upon one’s outlook.
