The Miracle Of That Last Breath

summerworkscrop12

Was the miracle of that last breath, yet still not enough? Life is short, yet how often do we take for granted all of which that is simply not a guarantee?

If we’re honest, dare we answer with.. too much? This reminds me of a quote from M. Craig Barnes that reads, “Nothing that we take for granted has been promised to us.”

Life is such a gift. Each breath is such a blessing. Our every moment is filled with such purpose.

Yet still…

Take pause this night and appreciate that last breath. Give thanks for the hope found in the next breath. And love your neighbor with every last breath.

Life is short.

Know Peace. Pray always. Live intentionally. Love awesomely.
